Aggregating hotel supply at scale is two problems at once. One is a data problem. The other is an operational problem. Solving only the first produces an API that looks impressive and books badly.

Supply aggregation
The same hotel from six sources becomes one entity with six competing rate sets.
Supply arrives from wholesalers, consolidators, bed banks and direct contracts, each with a different data model. Our pipeline ingests all of it and resolves it against a canonical property graph, not six near duplicate listings your users have to disambiguate.
Cancellation policies, taxes, resort fees, board types and occupancy rules are parsed into structured fields rather than passed through as unstructured strings. What reaches your users is comparable, because it has been made comparable.

Availability and price integrity
A rate that fails at booking is worse than no rate at all.
It costs the session, the customer and the support ticket. We validate continuously. Sources are monitored on booking failure rate, price movement between search and commit, and confirmation latency. Underperforming supply is downranked automatically and removed when it does not recover. Price is verified again before any booking is committed, so variance is caught on our side of the interface.

Search capacity scales with concurrent load, supplier connections fail over independently so one degraded source does not degrade your results, and monitoring runs continuously against both technical and commercial signals. Service levels are contractual, and when something needs attention our team is usually already on it.

Guests change plans, hotels overbook, suppliers dispute chargebacks and finance teams need clean numbers. Our operations team handles modifications, cancellations, escalations, supplier management and reconciliation support around the clock in multiple languages.
